• We provide research, analysis, and recommendations based on our professional judgment.
• We do not execute trades on behalf of clients.
• All investment decisions remain solely with the client.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fees are as listed on our website and are subject to change.
• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, Cheque, or BSE CeFCoM Platform.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Maximum annual fee chargeable per client shall not exceed ₹1,51,000 as per SEBI regulations.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed on a proportional basis for the unutilised period of the subscription.
• Setup or one-time charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
• Refund requests are honoured within 7 business days of approval.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including research reports, analysis, and materials, is the property of Vimulsinh Solanki.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
